Spectral lifetime detection

MW-FLIM  Multi-Wavelength FLIM Detectors

  • Parallel detection of 16 FLIM images in 16 wavelength intervals

  • Based on BH´s multi-dimensional TCSPC technique

  • No wavelength scanning

  • No wavelength scanning artifacts

  • No rejection of photons

  • Near-ideal counting efficiency

  • Minimum sample exposure

  • Short acquisition times

  • Compatible with existing bh FLIM systems

  • Controlled via bh DCC-100 detector controller

  • Internal generator for PMT operating voltage

  • Available for confocal microscope and multiphoton microscopes with non-descanned detection

  • Target applications: Autofluorescence imaging of cells and tissue, combination of FLIM-FRET and spectral FRET Techniques

The bh MW FLIM is the first non-descanned simultaneous multi-spectral detection system.

And it is not only multi-spectral, it is even FLIM.
